Located in Fiji's northern archipelago, among Taveuni Island's wild profusion of natural beauty, and tucked away on 56 acres on a gently sloping hillside, Maravu is a tropical and romantic dream come true

Five thatched Deluxe Bungalows, three secluded Honeymoon Cottages and two Duplex Bures grace the beautiful grounds of Maravu Plantation Resort.

All the bures feature king or queen sized beds, beautiful polished wooden floors, wicker and palm wood furniture, ceiling fans, mini bars, a tea/coffee making facility, indoor/outdoor bathroom and a private verandah.

The Honeymoon Bure has a private Jacuzzi Spa Pool with a waterfall in the stone walled courtyard adjacent to the Bure

There are several guided tours and nature walks where you can explore quaint plantation towns and rainforest trails such as Vidawa Forest Walk with its spectacular bird life.

Discover hidden waterfalls where you can swim in the natural water basins such as Bouma or Kulanawai. Jungle trails lead to the volcano Lake Tagimaucia, while the 4WD Land cruiser will take you up to the 1200 meters high Des Voeux Peak.

With a large sitting room and expansive bedroom, the four Honeymoon Deluxe Suites are both elegant and relaxing. An open-air river rock courtyard boasts an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi spa waterfall pool.

The large living space and bedroom features very comfortable furniture, along with a spacious indoor bathroom. A large open sundeck, as well as a covered verandah, has very comfortable furniture.

Three of the Suites have partial ocean view, while the fourth has beautiful garden views and is attached to a Deluxe Bure. The maximum occupancy for the suites is 2 adults.
